How the Scan family works

A Scan is the front door. It's how AEstruct understands your shop before recommending anything. Every Scan is fixed-price, finished in 1–2 weeks, and ends with a written diagnostic — not a slide deck, a scope. If you book a Fix Project or Bundle within 60 days of the readout, the full Scan fee credits against the first invoice.

Operations Scan

Price: $15,000 fixed. Timeline: 2 weeks. Anchored to: one back-office surface (Production Finance, Production Operations, Rights & Clearance, or Release Operations).

Two weeks inside one back-office surface, scoring AI fit across the workflows that live there, producing a written diagnostic and a pre-scoped Fix Project candidate. Best for shops that already know which surface is the biggest drag and want to act.

Governance Scan

Price: $10,000 fixed. Timeline: 1–2 weeks.

Two-week assessment of every place AI shows up in your shop against the SAG-AFTRA AI provisions, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act risk tiers, and OECD principles, with M&E-specific overlays. Full sales sheet lives at /governance-scan.

Full Readiness Scan

Price: $22,500 fixed. Timeline: 2–3 weeks.

The Operations Scan and the Governance Scan in one combined engagement, with one combined deliverable. Cheaper than buying both standalone.

Workflow Triage

Price: $5,000 fixed. Timeline: 1 week.

Smallest Scan. One workflow, one focused diagnostic, a go/no-go recommendation on whether AI is worth applying.

Creative Tools Scan

Price: $12,000 fixed. Timeline: 2 weeks.

The one Scan that touches creative-side work. Reviews the AI tools your creative team is already using or considering, maps them against IP exposure, output rights, training-data sources, and guild compliance.
